This past weekend was a busy one! Traveled out to Cheyenne, Wyoming to move some Heavy Weight Cars and the tallest caboose I have ever seen!

Another successful move yesterday, French Lick Scenic Railway 2505 found a new home at Whitewater Valley Railroad the car was 80ft+ long and around 80,000lbs making our gross weight around 130,000lbs and over 115ft long, which was tricky going around the court house in Paoli, IN. but we made it!

Another weekend of moving cars for Southern Michigan Railroad got to move a boxcar and a HEAVY weight Passenger car. Looking forward to coming up to Michigan and riding a train instead of moving a train 😁🚂

What a day, what a day, we went 3 for 3! 1 hopper car and 2 cabooses all moved in 1 day, by 1 crew and no cranes! We did cheat and pull the hopper up on a Landoll 😁 we have a Peterbilt made my PACCAR and a Kenworth made by PACCAR and hauled 2 cabooses also made by PACCAR. Big Thanks to the Southern Michigan Railroad for the work!

Jake and I loaded up an Amtrac Baggage car from the Beech Grove facility in Indianapolis and the day after Christmas we drove it down to Oak Ridge, TN. The hills of Tennessee may be beautiful but not when you are pulling a 74ft long 70,000lb+ Railcar up Jellico Mountain😵‍💫 I gotta figure out hour to get a tour of the Beech Grove facility, amazing 100+ year old buildings still in use today keeping Amtrac's fleet going.

Two for Tuesday, 2 Nickle Plate Road Cabosses moved today, former ITM they have been sitting in Lincoln, IN, both are now at our place in Francesville. The Capulo caboose is sold and going to a private individual as a weekend getaway near the Hoosier Valley Railroad Measum. The 2nd Bay window caboose is for sale and could go to your back yard!

Got to work with Headwaters Junction in Fort Wayne this weekend deliverd an ex Army Car that has been beautifully restored. Can't wait to see the project finished downtown Fort Wayne. This car was 84ft long and nearly 100,000lbs, was a little difficult to maneuver into place and had to get a big crane to set it.
