Hello everyone, I will be posting a disclaimer in regards to orders and how refunds work for my business. I am formerly notifying customers that as of September 1st, 2023, once you place an order with me, payment for product must be paid in full before product is developed and created. There will be no refunds after payment is placed, unless product is not developed. Once the development stage begins, all sales are final. Understand that this is a creative business and the more detail that is put in a piece, the longer the piece will take to create. Once a product is ordered, there will be weekly communication with customers in regards to their pieces that will be done on every Saturday of the week. This will include where we are in the development and creation of the product and updated pictures of the process of their order. I have had to come to this decision of typing out an agreement letter and disclaimer of fees etc because of a couple customers that tried to rush their products just to cancel the order and demand refund after the product was complete. Please understand that personalized pieces are not something that I can just resell, so that is wasted product, resources and time that will never be regained. This is to protect my company as a whole.
