Austin Will
Woods Supervisor | Steve Will Trucking & Logging

Every championship team needs someone who can see the whole field, move the pieces, and make it all work — and for RRLC, that’s Austin Will.

Austin grew up in the woods, and it shows. As a Woods Supervisor with Steve Will Trucking & Logging, cable logging is his jam, and he takes great pride in doing things right. Austin believes in leaving the land better than he found it, blending skill, stewardship, and respect for the work into every project.

At the conference, Austin is the logistics backbone — making sure raw materials are sourced, big equipment arrives on time, and outside vendors are set up for success. He’s responsible for the flow of the conference, and if something needs fixing, rerouting, or rethinking, Austin is already on it. A fantastic problem solver and true logistics whiz, he’s always willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

Outside of work, Austin loves being outdoors and enjoys hunting whenever he can. A lifelong athlete, he played football, baseball, basketball, and golf growing up, and now cheers on the Los Angeles Chargers and the San Francisco Giants.

Austin is engaged to his fiancée Kylee, and together they’re raising their adorable daughter, Lainey Louise, alongside a mini Aussie named Rusty — a fitting sidekick for a guy who’s always on the move.

Dependable, driven, and deeply committed, Austin is the kind of teammate every operation needs — and RRLC simply couldn’t do it without him.

We’re unofficially taking over the fair — Saturday , August 23rd is now Loggers’ Day at the Humboldt County Fair! 🌲💪

Join the Redwood Region Logging Conference crew from 1–5 PM for a whole lotta sawdust, swagger, and some competition!

📍 It’s not on the schedule yet, but you’ll know it when you see us on the East side of the grandstands.
🍻 Flannels optional. Logger attitude required.
