We went looking for TEXRail’s 1 millionth rider of 2026… and we found him. 🚆🎉

Meet Casey, who rides TEXRail to his job at DFW Airport.

His trip marked a major milestone: for the first time since TEXRail began service, we’ve reached 1 million rides in a single year!

When Casey arrived at Fort Worth Central Station, Trinity Metro team members, including Trinity Metro president and CEO Rich Andreski, were there on the platform to welcome him and celebrate the moment.

Casey’s ride is just one of a million trips made this year for work, the airport and destinations across North Texas.

Thank you to everyone who helped us get here. Here’s to the next million. 💙
