As the FBO industry continues to evolve, one thing should never change: how customers are treated.
A recent Professional Pilot magazine article explored the changing landscape of business aviation: industry consolidation, private equity investment, and the question of whether exceptional customer service can survive in a rapidly changing market. We're incredibly honored that Texas Jet, Inc. was highlighted as an example that independent FBOs can continue to set the standard.
One passage especially resonated with us:
"The ramp seems consistently high-paced and the lobby is always crowded, yet there is always a crew to direct and park the aircraft, chock it, toss out a red carpet, and put cones around the aircraft, whether it be a Falcon, King Air, Citation, or Piper Lance."
Whether you're flying a turbine aircraft or a piston single, every customer deserves the same level of care, respect, and Texas hospitality. That's been our philosophy for nearly 50 years, and it's one our team lives out every single day.
Thank you to Pro Pilot for the recognition, and thank you to our incredible employees who make moments like this possible. We're proud to remain independent, and we're even prouder to serve the aviation community that has trusted us for generations.
