Four years ago, Will started here.

Before Cowtown, Rory was an armed security guard.

Now they sit five feet apart and move a mountain of flatbed freight together.

Rory came in on track and trace, learned the business fast, and just ran with it. Will has been building his book here for four years.

Different backgrounds. Same standard.

These two have been best friends long enough to have lived together, and you can tell. They cover for each other, they push each other, and nothing sits.

This is what makes it happen every day around here.

Proud of you both.

Nobody ever compliments you on clean billing.

They only call when it's wrong.

Which is exactly why Daisy does not get enough credit.

Onboarding, billing, process flow, and the manual military freight nobody volunteers for. She handles all of it, and she handles it right the first time.

No drama. No excuses. Just done.

Years in, she has become one of the people this whole operation quietly runs through, and her growth has not gone unnoticed around here.

She is also an incredible mother to her kids, which makes what she pulls off in a billing week even more impressive.

We are grateful for her every single day.

Thank you, Daisy. We are lucky to have you.

There are Bills fans. Then there is Josh.

When we moved into the new office, everybody agreed nothing goes on the walls.

So Josh put it on the floor.

He had a custom rug made. Helmet, est. 1960, and his team name right across the middle. LFG.

Then came the gnome. Then the mousepad that eats half his desk.

We tell people here to go all in on whatever they believe in.

Josh just took it literally, and we respect it.

These four came from four different places in freight.

You would never know it watching them work.

Lannie, Brendan, Ben, and Taylor sit in the same pod, and the work moves between them without anybody having to ask.

Somebody is quoting. Somebody is booking. Somebody is watching a truck and sending the update before the customer asks for it.

Everyone is cross-trained, so a customer never hits a dead end when one of them steps away.

The best part is what you hear all day. "What would you do on this one?" "Anybody run this trailer type before?"

Nobody in this pod says figure it out yourself.

We hire capable people, then we make sure they never have to work alone.

A customer asked if our shipment updates were automated.

They're not. That's a person, on a weekend rotation, watching your load move.

Our team rotates every weekend so there's always eyeballs on every truck. Nights, Saturdays, holidays.

Someone on our team gave up part of their Saturday to answer that message in real time.

Software can send a notification. It can't answer the question behind it.

That's what sets us apart. And it's our people who make it happen.

Steel coils turn into Steel studs goes to Distribution centers. Repeat.

Most people see a truckload of steel.

We see the cycle.

Haul steel coils.
Turn them into steel studs.
Ship them to distribution.
Deliver them to jobsites.

Then do it all again tomorrow.

Loads like this are why people think of Cowtown as a flatbed brokerage.

And they're right.

We move a lot of flatbed freight.

But what many customers don't realize is we're built to support the entire project, not just the oversized pieces.

Need utility poles on a flatbed? We can do that.

Need a sprinter van for an emergency part to keep the crew working? We can do that.

Need a box truck for jobsite deliveries? We can do that.

Need dry vans moving supporting materials across multiple locations? We can do that too.

The freight may change.

The mission doesn't.

Get the right equipment, the right carrier, and the right communication in place so your project keeps moving.

Whether it's a 53' flatbed loaded with utility poles or a sprinter van carrying a critical replacement part, our job is the same:

Keep your operation running.

PVC pipe days always crack me up. The dock guys look at it like it is pool noodles and then the scale ticket comes back at 45,000 pounds and everybody suddenly respects the “plastic.”

Sometimes you have to close the laptops and go watch some baseball together. We value connection because freight is still a people business and the work is better when you actually like the people you do it with.
