The catfish are getting bigger at the rearing pond's monthly weigh-in! If you have any fishing equipment that you would like to donate to be dispersed to children who would like to fish, you can bring them to the Fort Scott Airport and we will give them to the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks. Also, if you know of any children in need of fishing poles, reach out and we'll see if we can arrange some for them.
**Please do not fish at the Rearing pond! These fish are to be grown and distributed to various lakes and ponds in our area where you can catch them when they are fully grown.**
