At Daimler Coaches North America, we're powered by the people behind every coach.

Today, we're learning from Colby Chastain and Corey Hagans, Jr., a teammate who stepped behind the camera to tell his story. Together, they show the kind of initiative, collaboration, and pride in the work that drives everything we do here in Jacksonville.

Colby joined the team in 2023 as a PDI technician, making sure every Tourrider is ready before it reaches a customer. Now he's stepping into a new role as a Mobile Service Specialist, bringing support directly to operators in the field.

All In Xpress out of Miami visited our Jacksonville facility to pick up their latest Mercedes-Benz Tourrider equipped with Mercedes-Benz leather seating, a full wheelchair lift, the 360-degree camera system, and the complete safety package.

While they were here, the team also installed a wheelchair lift on one of their earlier Tourrider units, expanding accessibility across their fleet. A repeat purchase doesn't happen without real trust on both sides.

Three new Mercedes-Benz Tourrider Premiums just joined the A Yankee Line fleet, each with an ADA lift, 56 seats, and luxury leather seating throughout.
