We’re excited to deliver another Mercedes‑Benz Tourrider to SWIFT LIMOUSINE, INC, from Alexandria, Virginia, now their third coach with us.

This Tourrider Business unit is fully equipped with all safety features and a full wheelchair lift, supporting accessibility on every trip.

One month ago, we opened the doors of our new Jacksonville facility, a milestone that marked much more than a building. It marked a new chapter for Daimler Coaches North America, our customers, and everyone who believes in the future of the Mercedes‑Benz Tourrider in North America.

From our internal “housewarming day” with the full DCNA team, to the official ceremony with customers, partners, and local leadership, the two‑day celebration reflected exactly who we are: Powered by People.

We welcomed operators from across the country, shared our vision for the U.S. market, toured the space where our team and operations will continue to grow, and strengthened relationships with the people that shape our industry. The warm response from customers, their excitement, their trust, and their belief in our direction remain one of the most meaningful takeaways from the event.

Since then, the momentum hasn’t slowed.

Our social content has given people a look behind the scenes. Media coverage has amplified our story. And most importantly, our team has continued doing what they do best: supporting our customers with pride, passion, and purpose.

On February 9, something special happened inside our new Jacksonville headquarters. Our team stepped through the doors not just to see a new facility, but to feel a new beginning.

From Jacksonville to Birmingham — continuing the momentum.

Just two days after celebrating the Grand Opening of our new U.S. headquarters, our team is now on the ground at the United Motorcoach Association EXPO 2026 in Birmingham, Alabama.

We’re meeting with operators, showcasing the Mercedes-Benz Tourrider, and continuing the conversations that drive innovation, partnership, and long-term commitment in the U.S. motorcoach industry.

What began as a vision less than a year ago has now become a reality. When we broke ground in March 2025, our goal was simple: create a home that brings our customers, partners, and team closer — and strengthens the support behind every Mercedes-Benz Tourrider operating across the U.S. Yesterday, that vision came to life as we opened our new U.S. headquarters in Jacksonville.

We were honored to celebrate this milestone with Till Oberwörder, Mirko Sgodda, and Dietrich Mueller — and with so many of our customers, partners, Daimler Buses colleagues, the DCNA team, Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan, Christofer Burger, Consul General of Germany in Florida, and other city and community leaders who made the day even more meaningful.

Our new 43,000 sq ft headquarters brings everything under one roof — a cutting-edge Service Center, modern Training Center, optimized Parts Operations (with a new Jacksonville warehouse complementing our main hub in Charleston, SC), secure parking for 100+ motorcoaches, and corporate offices for our growing team.

More than anything, yesterday showed what this journey is really about — being close to the people who move this industry forward and building a future shaped by partnership, reliability, and shared success.

This afternoon, we’re opening the doors to our new U.S. headquarters in Jacksonville; our new home, built with and for our customers and partners.
