❓ Did you know that your compliment toward a Rotterdam staff member gets them recognized in front of their peers at the end of the day? You’ll sometimes get a handwritten note of thanks back!

Look at the bottom menu on your NAVIGATOR app and find the place to give your compliments! Be sure to name them specifically!
