Fincantieri Marinette Marine has awarded a major support contract to Coastal Veterans Repair Group LLC for construction on the new Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC)! 🌊

The MMSC is a derivative of the US Navy's Freedom-Class Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) and has been selected to meet the Royal Saudi Naval Forces’ (RSNF) multi-mission surface combat ship requirements. 🚀

This versatile platform can be tailored with various sensors and weapons to meet the specific needs of naval operations. Plus, the MMSC is designed for interoperability with both the US Navy and allied forces during joint operations—strengthening global maritime partnerships! 🌍⚓

In December 2019, a team led by Lockheed Martin, including Fincantieri Marinette Marine, was awarded a contract to deliver four MMSCs for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
