The countdown to Girls in Aviation Day 2026 is on! ✈️💗

Last year, Sheltair Tampa (TPA) welcomed the next generation of aviators for Women in Aviation International (WAI) Girls in Aviation Day 2025 for a day filled with hands-on experiences, new possibilities, and plenty of reasons to look toward the sky.

Now, as GIAD 2026 approaches, we’re getting ready to do it all again! Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing glimpses from last year’s celebrations across our Sheltair bases and the incredible communities that made each one so special.
