Thank you to these “school of sharks” from NSU University School for selecting our port to tour on May 20. These juniors are part NSU’s Experiential Learning Program that replaces traditional classroom instruction with hands-on, real-world immersion. The tour enhanced the “business of government” component of the program.

Our Deputy Port Director Glenn Wiltshire wishes fair winds to retiring Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Dan Lindblade who was honored as this year’s Downtowner of the Year. In addition to the many accolades from well wishers during the event, Glenn presented Dan with the port’s branded challenge coin.
