Dear Customers,
As the world continues to manage the uncertainty and changes required in both our personal lives and business operations to combat the COVID‐19 outbreak, we want to keep you informed on what PI Marine and Yachtcomputing are doing to minimize the impact on both our employees and our customers.
Rest assured that the health and welfare of our employees, our families and our customers are our highest priorities, and we are proactively taking steps to protect people while continuing to provide service and assistance to our customers.
Keeping that in mind, please know that – as of today – we remain open for business and are here to assist you.
What we have done/What we are doing:
• We are following CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines in our work environment and the promoting best practices for customer and employee health and safety.
• Keeping current with updates from the CDC
• As a technology companies we have the tools in place to allow most of our staff to work remotely, along with preparing for our field engineers, if feasible, to be able to safely work in the field.
• We will, of course, be happy to comply with any protocol you employ for your Crew and Owner’s safety.
We have acknowledged the seriousness of this COVID-19 virus and you have our commitment to support you all as best we can. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
