Love being on the water? Have ideas for fun events—and the initiative to make them happen?

We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, dependable person to help develop, promote, and run watersports experiences at our waterfront rental business.

Our initial focus is growing our e-foil scooter experiences, but the opportunity could also include sunset paddles, full moon paddles, dog-friendly outings, paddleboard yoga, private groups, and other special events. (Also, new boat experience coming soon!)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop experience ideas, packages, and promotions.
• Bring in bookings through local relationships, outreach, and social media.
• Create engaging photos, videos, and posts.
• Organize events and coordinate customers, equipment, and guides.
• Lead experiences yourself if qualified, or help coordinate instructors and guides.
• Help keep equipment ready and make sure guests have a safe, enjoyable experience.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who enjoys people, loves the outdoors, follows through, and is comfortable taking initiative. Experience in watersports, event planning, hospitality, sales, or social media is a plus—you don’t need to be an expert in everything.

We’re open to shaping the role around the right person’s strengths and availability. Some evening and weekend availability would be helpful.

COMPENSATION
We’re considering an hourly starting arrangement, with commission or revenue-sharing opportunities tied to bookings and events you help generate and manage. The structure, hours, and responsibilities will be agreed upon before starting.

We provide the equipment, waterfront location, and an established business. You bring energy, ideas, and the drive to help grow new experiences.
