Cole Watkins
While you may not know him, I do. He’s an exceptional guy. He’s a top broker at Allied, he’s young, but no longer green, he is always professional and he’s someone I would very much like to see him on the board at IYBA. If you don’t know much about the board, we have a lot of repeat board members. We have very few younger members. I think Cole will bring a lot to the board. He brings a younger mind set (which we honestly need because times are changing and this is supposed to represent the industry). I’ve already said this but he brings professionalism. Cole is ethical, smart and kind. He’s a work horse. Cole will work on the board. He’s reliable. We, as an industry need him. Please do me a favor and vote for Cole on the IYBA board. Emails went out yesterday.

Also, Bob, Chuck, and Jeff… I like and support you guys too.
