I have been through a lifetime of childhood abuse and Domestic violence. I found peace with my farm, horses and kids. I have crippling anxiety and hate leaving my farm. I sing to my children, play guitar alone in my barn and it’s all for my emotional sanity. But tonight Tonight I sang to humans and it felt good 💖 I felt peaceful. Healing is a journey and some days (or nights) just feel good.
