When your parts need to survive real-world punishment, NylonG delivers — glass fiber reinforced nylon filament built for impact resistance, tensile strength, and dimensional stability.

NylonG combines the toughness of nylon with the rigidity of glass fiber reinforcement for parts that resist shock, maintain their shape under stress, and hold dimensional accuracy better than standard nylon alone. Under repeated impact, NylonG parts maintain their structural integrity where other materials would fail. Low warping during printing means cleaner results straight off the bed with little to no post-processing required. Printed at 250–265°C nozzle and 60–65°C bed temperature, it's accessible on most FFF printers. A hardened nozzle is recommended.

Ideal for enclosures, protective housings, structural brackets, and any application where impact and shock resistance are non-negotiable.
