🌀 A QUICK UPDATE FROM BIG FISH MOVING

As our Gulf Coast community prepares for the approaching hurricane, we want everyone to know that the safety of our customers, our crews, and their families will always come first.

We are closely monitoring conditions and will be making adjustments to our schedule over the next couple of days as necessary. Customers affected by any changes will be contacted directly by our team.

Our office phone will remain on throughout the weekend, and we will not be using our automated phone assistant. If you are an upcoming customer and need to reach us, you are welcome to call and leave a voicemail or send us a text. As long as power, cellular service, and conditions allow, we will be monitoring messages and responding as we are able.

To our customers, neighbors, and everyone across Baldwin County preparing for the storm: please take the warnings seriously, finish your preparations, and most importantly, stay safe.

To our first responders and utility crews, our prayers are with you and we are so grateful for you!

Trucks can be rescheduled. Furniture can wait. **People come first.**

Oh, look. It’s Best of Baldwin season again!

First, we love what Gulf Coast Media does every year to recognize and support local businesses. It's an awesome opportunity, and we were absolutely thrilled when Big Fish Moving won in 2023!

But this year, we're taking a slightly different approach.

The No Campaign Campaign.

No daily reminders. No endless requests for votes. We're a little too busy focusing on being the best we can be for our customers to launch a full-blown social media campaign. Plus, those moving trucks aren't going to load themselves! 😂

If you think we deserve a nomination, we'd certainly appreciate it. Either way, we'll be out there doing what we do best.

A Quick Note From Big Fish Moving!

We wanted to take a moment to apologize if you’ve had a little more difficulty than usual reaching us by phone during our normal business hours recently.

The past couple of weeks have required us to spend a little more time away from the office making sure things behind the scenes — and out on the road — are taken care of properly. Sometimes providing the level of service we expect from ourselves means being where we’re needed most, even when that takes us away from the phone.

Please know that we are here, we are working, and we will get back to you. Calls, voicemails, texts, and estimate requests are being returned as quickly as possible.
