A huge thanks to these amazing pros who helped make this build possible.... paint corrected the entire ski and installed their 3 year ceramic coating to insure that we are always looking 100% with easy cleanup and 100% UV protection.. built a custom acrylic mount and installed the Simrad GO5 GPS/Sonar combo so we never get lost on the long rides.... Marine Upholstery lent their master craftsmanship on the installation of the Riva Racing seat cover.... The artists at designed and printed in house all the custom decals on 3M vinyl to make this Yamaha truly one of a kind!

displayed this clean custom 2020 Riva Racing Stage 2 Yamaha FX SVHO at The Atlanta Boat Show this past weekend. This ski is equipped with our Ride Plate and Intake Grate, Power Cooler with TiAl Blow off valve, Rear Exhaust, Power Filter, IMUK, Engine cooling upgrade kit, Pump cone, Custom seat cover and RIVA sponsons. This Hurricane deck boat's cooling system was was plagued with several leaks causing the engine's cooling water supply to become aerated and cause the engine to overheat. We resealed the Volvo Penta outdrive, rebuilt the sea water pump to seal up all the vacuum leaks, and then headed out for a validation run. A strong run of 4,000 rpm at 155*F means success!! 👍👍

This 2010 Seadoo RXT-X 260 came to us on a routine "no crank" service call. The last time out it died on the owner while riding and had to be towed back to the dock. We determined the initial cause of the stall was a starter relay that was replaced but the terminals were not tightened resulting on a intermittent connection that ultimately failed. While being towed back to shore the engine filled with water and caused it to hydro-lock. We removed the intake manifold and intercooler to drain the water and changed the engine oil several times to get it going again. The ski has a lot of performance modifications and was originally built by another shop.... The more we looked the worse it got, here is a small list of the problems that we found.....
- rusty battery cable connections
- loosely installed starter relay
- improper, non-fused wiring for AFR gauge and auxiliary bilge pumps
- disconnected OE bilge siphon system
- improperly installed and plumbed intercooler sea strainer
- ruptured water main supply hose
- completely clogged sea strainer
- improperly installed and damaged driveshaft & carbon seal
- improperly installed aftermarket air intake system
- damaged supercharger
- improperly matched computer calibration for engine's performance upgrades
- missing hardware from IBR braking/reverse system
- broken TOPS valve
- damaged stator wiring plug
- partially melted exhaust system components
- broken, unsecured battery mount

Every problem was properly repaired using the highest quality parts available. The ski's computer was recalibrated with a dyno tuned Riva Racing Maptuner X calibration that was perfectly matched to the ski's exact modifications. A thorough lake test for performance validation resulted in a better than advertised 75 mph GPS verified top speed! Needless to say, the owner could not be happier with the outcome and the ski's performance now exceeds every expectation!

A faulty bilge pump caused this 240 Sundeck's starter to go south. Even though it is a "marine" starter that doesn't mean it's waterproof... just ignition protected for safety. We removed the starboard side exhaust to replace the starter and fuse along with a new bilge pump to keep this from happening again! Next service will be a transom refresh to replace the leaky bellows among other things.
