Customer came in with overheating issues on a 250HP 2-Stroke 6-Cylinder. We went straight to the problem and didn’t mess around.

✅ Full Engine Service
✅ Thermostats Pulled & Replaced (one was sticking)
✅ New Spark Plugs
✅ Fresh Water Pump Installed
✅ Lower Unit Gear Oil Changed

Cooling system checked out, temps are back where they should be, and she’s running strong again. Sometimes it’s not a mystery, it’s just doing the work the right way.

🚨 Emergency Call-Out 🚨
Jumped on a 41’ troller today running twin 6-cyl Perkins diesels after the alternator decided to eject itself broken bolt, stripped threads, and nothing holding it in place.

We drilled out the damaged holes, cut brand-new threads, installed fresh hardware, remounted the alternator, and dialed in the alignment so everything charges the way it should.

Finished the job with a new bilge pump float switch to keep her safe and dry below deck.

Another day saving boats before they become big problems. ⚓️

20hp was actin’ up with some timing advance problems ended up being a bad computer module. Engine wouldn’t get above 10hp on a small Gheenoe and bogging down. Swapped out the module, tuned her up, and she’s runnin like new again. Did a test run and topped out at 25mph and hitting rev limiter time for a bigger prop!!!💨
