The end table was a bedside lamp. You can stack two vertically and you have something different. It was all dark wood stain. I painted two old gold base lamps to match the vibe of the end tables and did a bit of antiquing. Then painted the end tables to look distressed. The chest of drawers I painted and decoupaged. I bought the end table and lamps at the furniture liquidation place above Macon.

The older I get, the more I miss the smell of a freshly plowed field. The sun on my neck as I pick butterbeans. The feel of dirt between my toes as I shuck corn and listen to cows as they saunter lazily up to the fence to eat the remnants. Life was simple and good. There were no choices. It was just what you did.

I have been a bit negligent. This is my small tree. It is only 6 foot. A wreath I made plus my mailbox wreath I made.

Easy Easter wreath. First, find a rectangular shaped frame. You can paint if you want mine is black. If it has a picture you can flip it over. Luckily, the reverse side of mine is black. Then, get ribbon that you would like to use. Wrap thr ribbon around the long part you will want to hot glue it on the reverse side of the frame and glue it to itself after the wrap. Next, repeat that step three more times. Then, start with the short side and wrap remembering you are making a cross you will want it closer to one end. Glue as you would during the previous step. Repeat this 2 more times. Now, turning to the front side and glue a piece of ribbon 🎀 in an unobtrusive place undr your other ribbons. Then run the ribbon horizontally across the other ribbons and glue with the start of that ribbon. Next repeat this same process but placing the ribbon horizontally opposite of that first. ( you can pull as tight or loose as you want. I suggest then going through and individually using a dot f glue under each ribbon and gluing it to the frame. You can also reinforce the ribbon on the rear with glue. I used lost of glue in hidden locations to keep the ribbon in place. You can then add flowers or any other decorations to complete the project.
