MART is currently identifying potential bus stop locations throughout the region. This interactive map shows where MART is considering adding and removing bus stops — and we want your feedback.

🚐 MART Connects Service Update – Starting April 28, 2026
MART Connects is transitioning to a shared-ride microtransit service, designed to keep reliable and flexible transportation available across Ayer, Devens, Lancaster, and Shirley.
This updated approach helps extend service long-term while continuing to connect riders to jobs, healthcare, and regional destinations.
What to expect:
• Door-to-door service within the service area
• Connections at Monument Square - West Street, Leominster to fixed routes and commuter rail
• Rides scheduled in advance: at least 2pm a day before
• Shared trips to improve availability and efficiency
Service Hours:
Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Fares (one-way):
$4 (1–10 miles) | $5 (11–15 miles) | $7 (16–20 miles)

This transition allows MART to continue serving all four communities while making the most of available funding and improving overall service reliability.

Getting around campus and downtown is now faster and more convenient!

🕒 Runs every 10 minutes from 6:30 AM to midnight (during the academic year)
📍 New stop added at McKay Complex (67 Rindge Road)
🔁 Fixed route loop from the ITC through Hammond Hall to Civic Plaza and back
