Today, Tonia Dukes, one of our Corporate HR Associate, spent time with our Clyde, Ohio team conducting our annual Associate Benefits Survey.

This survey gives associates the opportunity to provide feedback on not only our medical, dental, and vision plans, but also the many additional benefits offered at Ohio Logistics, including our 401(k), Distribution of Kindness initiative, attendance bonus, referral bonus, team-building activities, and more.

The feedback we receive helps us better understand what matters most to our associates and supports our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and heard.

Meet Noah Lugibihl!

As a Regional Account Manager at Ohio Logistics, Noah works closely with customers to improve visibility, streamline operations, and deliver valuable insights that support informed decision-making. Over the past four years, he has grown with the organization after starting as a General Manager and continues to make an impact across multiple areas of the business.

In addition to supporting customers, Noah has played a key role in helping lead the implementation of new technology initiatives that will enhance efficiency and strengthen operations throughout our network.

Noah’s impact extends beyond the workplace as well. Through our Distribution of Kindness initiative, he helps organize monthly fundraisers, raise awareness for local nonprofits, and champion causes that make a difference in the communities where we live and work.

The Ohio Logistics logo was loud and proud at this year’s VetFest! 🇺🇸

The Greg Wilson Racing show car made a special appearance while the race team competed at Sharon Speedway during All Star Circuit of Champions Ohio Speedweek.

Events like VetFest bring together veterans, families, businesses, and community members for a great cause, and we’re proud to support those who have served our country.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, and helped make this year’s event a success. We were honored to be a part of it.

Meet Blake and James! 👏

We’re proud to have talented interns gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments at Ohio Logistics.

Blake is currently a junior at Bowling Green State University studying Finance and is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. As part of our Corporate Accounting team, he’s been assisting with reconciliations, deposits, and supporting purchasing and sales activities while learning the financial side of our operations.

James is a senior at Tiffin University studying Computer Science and is a member of the university’s Cyber Security Club. As part of our IT team, he’s been traveling to facilities throughout our network, consulting with associates, troubleshooting technology issues, and helping keep our operations running smoothly.

Both interns have embraced opportunities to learn, contribute, and gain real-world experience while supporting our associates and operations.

🚨 National Forklift Safety Day 🚨

Today, we recognize the importance of forklift safety and the role every associate plays in creating a safe workplace.

We’re proud to share that across our Midwest Division, we’ve had zero forklift-related injuries in 2026. That’s an accomplishment worth celebrating and a reflection of the attention, training, and commitment our associates bring to work every day.

As we observe National Forklift Safety Day, we’re reminding our teams to:

✔ Secure loads properly
✔ Stay alert and aware of their surroundings
✔ Support and mentor newer operators
✔ Speak up when they see something unsafe

At Ohio Logistics, safety is more than a policy. It’s a culture built on accountability, communication, and looking out for one another.

Meet Marissa and Brylee! 👏

We’ve been proud to work with interns within our Corporate HR team, and these two have been incredible additions to Ohio Logistics.

Marissa is currently entering her junior year at Ohio Dominican University, where she participates in the Honors Program, serves as an academic tutor, and competes as a member of the golf team. During her second year with Ohio Logistics, she’s assisted with safety training, reporting, benefits surveys, and has discovered a particular interest in the marketing side of HR.

Brylee joined us this summer and is a senior at Tiffin University and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She’s played an important role in conducting interviews, drafting offer letters, and supporting recruiting efforts through LinkedIn and Indeed. When asked about her future, Brylee shared, “Recruiting is definitely in my future!”

Both have shared how much they enjoy the people and culture at Ohio Logistics, and we’re grateful for the hard work, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives they bring to our team.

Each year, the Tall Timbers Industrial Park Scholarship recognizes outstanding students whose parents work for companies located within the park. We’re proud to support the next generation as they pursue their educational and career goals.

Two things we’re celebrating today. ☀️

1️⃣ Ohio Logistics is growing.
2️⃣ It’s finally warm enough in Ohio that we don’t have to wear coats in every photo. 😎

This spring, we officially broke ground on the first of two planned 100,000-square-foot facilities in Lima, Ohio. Located along the I-75 corridor, these spec buildings will help support future manufacturing growth, job creation, and continued investment in Northwest Ohio.

We’re proud to continue expanding our footprint while creating opportunities for businesses, communities, and future associates.

Now if the weather could just stay this way…
