Week 32 — FANTASTIC! 🎉
Another strong week for Team Ironside! We finished Week 32 with a Fantastic scorecard, and we continue to close the gap toward Fantastic Plus.

🏆 This Week’s MVP — Joseph Schnatterly
Joseph was selected for his dedication to making sure the entire team succeeds. Whether it’s stepping up for a rescue when a teammate is having a rough day, coming in at the last minute to pick up a route, or simply bringing a great attitude to whatever comes his way, Joseph continues to be someone the team can count on.

Congratulations, Joseph! Well deserved.

📦 100,000 Package Club — Hunter Thatcher
A special congratulations to Hunter Thatcher, who has officially delivered more than 100,000 packages with Ironside! Hunter becomes just the third active Ironside driver to reach this milestone. That is an incredible accomplishment. And congratulations to everyone who earned a spot in our Top 10 Drivers, Weekly Package Rankings, and All-Time Package Rankings this week.

We still have a few things to tighten up, but we’re close to Fantastic Plus and moving in the right direction. Keep improving, keep helping each other, and keep bringing that positive attitude every day.

Let’s Ride, Team Ironside! 💪

🏆 Week 30 Scorecard Update – Fantastic! 🏆
At Ironside Logistics, we believe hard work deserves to be recognized. Every week we celebrate drivers who consistently demonstrate safety, professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding performance.
Congratulations to this week's MVP, Mike Bomser! Mike has consistently stepped up for both dispatch and his teammates. Whether it's helping another driver who's having a tough day, taking on extra tasks, or simply maintaining a positive attitude, Mike always rises to the occasion. Thank you for everything you do!
Congratulations as well to our Top 10 Drivers, Weekly Package Leaders, and our Career Package Leaders. Your dedication and consistency do not go unnoticed.
As a team, we also earned a Fantastic scorecard this week! 🎉 We're only a few small improvements away from getting back to Fantastic Plus, and I have no doubt this team is capable of getting there.
This week's safety focus is preventing vehicle damage. Take your time, use good judgment, back into driveways when appropriate, and don't let the GPS convince you to drive somewhere you shouldn't.
Great job, Team Ironside. Let's keep building on this momentum! 💪🚐
