For Kathy Steis, that meant more than 50 years of service. For Kim Hillyard, 38 years of commitment. Their influence reaches far beyond their years with UniGroup, leaving a legacy that will continue to be felt across our organization.

That's a wrap on —and what a week it was.

As the future of work continues to evolve, mobility remains an important part of helping organizations attract, retain and support top talent.

This week, the UniGroup team connected with HR professionals from across the country, exchanged insights on workforce trends and shared how UniGroup, United Van Lines and Mayflower help organizations navigate employee relocation with confidence.

From thought-provoking conversations to new partnerships and plenty of custom T-shirts, it was an incredible week for the UniGroup team.

Today, UniGroup announced John Hartmann as President and Chief Executive Officer.

John joins UniGroup with more than two decades of executive leadership experience leading large, complex organizations, including cooperative and member-driven business models with a proven record of driving growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation.

His appointment follows a planned leadership transition and marks the continuation of UniGroup's strategy to strengthen Member profitability, invest in innovation and deliver industry-leading transportation, relocation and logistics solutions.
