This is Leonard. He's been hauling sugar beets in western Nebraska for close to 40 years.

He hauled them before BTC. Before Aulick. He was behind the wheel when ADS ran the rehaul. Companies changed. Contracts changed. Ownership changed. Leonard kept hauling beets.

He's been with BTC since 2010, but his connection to this work goes back decades. When we say the sugar beet industry built western Nebraska, we're talking about the people who actually moved the crop, and Leonard is one of them.

Still in the cab. Still giving the thumbs up.

Meet Sherry — BTC West's new Maintenance Administrative Assistant.

She's the one keeping the maintenance team organized so the rest of the crew can focus on what they do best: keeping the fleet running.

Sherry came to us from the banking and customer service world, so she knows paperwork and she knows people. Originally from Southern California, she's called western Nebraska home for the last 15 years.

When she's not at work, her four daughters keep her busy. They ride horses and compete in rodeo — so between the shop and the arena, she's used to keeping things moving.

Meet Samuel Lee — BTC East's newest driver out of our Fenton terminal, hauling rock.

Samuel's been in trucking since the '90s. Three decades behind the wheel. He said he came to BTC because he wants this to be his last stop — the place he retires from.

Out of Rapid City, our drivers haul iron ore from the pit to the processor. Heavy material, steep grades, and equipment built to handle both. This is another piece of what keeps BTC rolling.

10 years. That's a decade of keeping BTC's Fort Morgan fleet on the road.
