We're back from Thanksgiving hiatus! This week featured a beautiful new user interface for the reactor automation courtesy of Gordon Bock and an exciting new challenge for the reactor team: who can come up with the most creative ideas for presenting nuclear concepts to other high school students? This challenge is a precursor to our upcoming endeavors in media and educational film.

Visit the NWNC website for more details:

UPDATE:

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! NWNC will resume December 5th.

Let's take a moment to remember Mr. Gary Troyer, a valuable member of the nuclear community and the driving force behind the Seattle sector of the ANS, who died recently in a tragic traffic accident.

Coming soon: NWNC is expanding to include a Multimedia team. Boasting HD robotic cameras and a state of the art recording and editing system, the Multimedia team will be key in publicizing NWNC and spreading our message to the masses.
