Fall Festival in 7 days!!

Beaverbrook Estates Fall Festival & HOA Annual Meeting
Join us for our highly anticipated Annual Fall Festival — a day full of fun, food, and community connection!
Saturday October 11 from 4:30–7:30 PM
Beaverbrook Estates Pavilion

Inflatables for the young at heart
Face painting to spice up the day
Petting zoo fun
Games for the competitive
Food for the hungry & drink for the thirsty!

Please be sure to RSVP on our website so we can plan accordingly — your response helps us make this event great for everyone.

We’re also looking for volunteers to help with setup and cleanup. If you’d like to lend a hand, contact any HOA member or sign up using the volunteer link below.

Boo-Grams Start Now!

This October, we’re spreading Halloween fun with Boo-Grams—surprise baskets filled with spooky treats and goodies delivered right to your neighbor’s doorstep!
Think of it as our neighborhood’s very own “Secret Santa,” but with a Halloween twist.

How It Works

Name Drawing – Ongoing throughout the month as registrations come in.
The Social Committee will randomly assign you a neighbor’s household.
You’ll receive their address and basket type to create.

Create Your Boo Basket
Suggested budget: $15–$25
Be creative! Here are some ideas:
Adults → wine, fall candles, gourmet snacks, cozy goodies
Families → board games, popcorn, Halloween décor, pumpkin carving kit
Kids → candy, glow sticks, small toys, stickers, coloring books

Deliver in Secret – Anytime October 1–31
Drop the basket on your assigned neighbor’s porch.
Ring and run, or leave it quietly—it’s up to you!
The Fun Part
Each participant will Boo one household and receive one basket in return.
Keep it a secret until Halloween!

Reminder about our community Garage Sale. We have about 10 homes that plan to participate in the Community Garage Sale.

If not participating, please consider going by to support their efforts.

1. Please put balloons on your mailboxes for all patrons to see.
2. Directional signs will go up Friday morning

Hi everyone, my name is Joy Perdew and the preschool I work at ( First Baptist Weekday Education in PTC ) is having a fundraiser selling frozen Butterbraid pastries, cookie dough and a cheesecake sampler. Ends October 21st.
I love the Butterbraid pastries so I thought I’d put it on here incase any of y’all would like to try them as well. They will be delivered to the preschool around the beginning of November and then I can bring them to you.

Please put the school address for the delivery: 208 Willowbend Rd. Peachtree City, 30269. In the notes section, please put the teacher's name ( Joy Perdew)
