If you don't have a turn and burn dispatch ran by actual truckers, you're probably not getting very far.
Just to illustrate my point, let's talk about what we've all been through repetitively as owner operators.
First the recruiter promises you the world.
THEN
You find yourself living at a truck stop for three days, waiting for a load. (Insert video of some guy being sneaky and trying to p*e out of his truck door at a truck stop because he's tired of walking a mile to use the bathroom 😂😂😂🤮🤮🤮)
THEN
Your useless dispatcher finally appears. With a load for $1 per mile. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 (Big sarcastic smile, cgi sparkly spirit fingers holding up $1 per mile)
Heck no. You can't survive off that, much less expand.
Put the truckers in charge. Put somebody in charge who has been pi**ed off at the end of the month after the bills settled and the pay was less than minimum wage.
Put somebody in charge that had to live the crazy exhausting, lonely, haggard, completely isolated life of a trucker.
Somebody, who had to decide between putting food on the table for their family, or maintaining their equipment because the rates per mile just weren't cutting it.
We are those truckers, and we finally did something about it. This company was born from pain. Let us fix yours. ⚡
