FYI: About our Vendors

Yes, it's true that due to our vetting criteria we reject more vendors applications than we accept, but once placed on our Approved Vendors list, they still might be removed.

We do a random background check updates to make sure they are still the type of person we and you can trust.

If someone who had not proven in the past to be reliable in the past does a no call no show for an event without a really good excuse, they are off.

If a vendor starts getting what we feel are legit complaints about them and bad reviews they are also taken off our list.

If someone does not participate as a vendor in one of our events in 3 yrs that are off.

RACHEL TOPPER : Owner of The Gothicary.

Rachel became one of our approved vendors in 2026 but she hit the ground running in 2025 being a vendor at many events in the DMV area. Besides doing events all over she is also running her new store the Gothicaty. WOW she has no lack of energy running her store as well as being at many many events on the weekends. I appreciate that she spent months building, designing, and sourcing her brand. I’m excited to have her and her items at many of my events and she is worth being spotlighted to our metaphysical and goth communities

Being on our “Event Psychics 4 U” approved vendor list means the vendor has met our high standards, has continuously received good reviews and has passed a background type check, and has proven that they want to help people. They also have to have an internet page so people read up on them and contact them.

The Gothicary is a boutique retail shop and online store specializing in darkly playful, gothic-inspired gifts, ritual items, and unique home decor. Founded by artist Rachel Topper, the brand blends a moody gothic aesthetic with a distinct sense of irreverent humor. Don't promote just our events.

Besides promoting our events on this page, we also promote information about our vendors that have qualified to be on our "Approved Vendor List"
We don't advertise them being only at our events but encourage all to see them wherever and whenever you can since they are a gift to our community that needs to be shared.
We also via our other page "Ed's Metaphysical Post" Ed's Metaphysical Post provide metaphysical related information year-round and only mention our events there approx. 10% of the time.
Is this different and unique among event organizers - YES- it's because we are year-round involved with and part of our local metaphysical community outside of our own events.

Vendors with their first names starting with the letter “T, V, W” that are on our “Event Psychics 4 U” approved vendor list are listed below.

To be on this elite list means that they have qualified, having met all our requirements.

This includes passing background type check, having experience at other events, fitting into a metaphysical theme, getting good reviews and having some internet presence which gives info about their services and themselves, etc.

Whether you come across these vendors at one of our “Event Psychics 4 U” events or at any other event, know that they are worth checking out because they are legit and are the real thing as stated by many folks, also just good friendly people.

Transparency of “Event Psychics 4 U’ Owner/Manager.

I think it’s important to know who is running an event as well as who the vendors are at the event. So, I’m sharing with you info about me that came up when I asked Google A.I. who is Ed Hruneni.

Edward "Ed" Hruneni is a former U.S. Secret Service agent and past President of PIAVA a security and investigations association organization.
After serving over 25 years in the Secret Service—where he was involved in high-level protection details, he transitioned into the private security sector and the metaphysical community.
Career & Professional Life
Security Executive: He served as President of Private Investigator Association of Virginia and previously held a Vice President role at two major national security companies.
Metaphysical Community:
Combining his background in vetting and security with a personal interest in the unseen, he founded the Maryland and Virginia Psychic Fairs and Metaphysical Markets.
UFO Research:
He is active in the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), where he has served in the past as a co-host and researcher focusing on government transparency regarding UFO’s/UAP’s
Other info:
Viet Nam veteran, Hosted/Produced Local Cable Access Program in the DMV late 80's early 90's, Went to the University of Maryland.

Virginia Psychic Fair - Facts – FYI – about our vendors

All vendors have had a background check done on them.

All vendors fit into a metaphysical theme.

All vendors have experience at many other events. (no rookies doing trial an error on our guest)

All vendors are professional with internet pages providing info about them and their services

All vendors get good reviews

All vendors pay less for their table than at most other like events: Allowing them to be more able to give discounts to our guest. (also, we have no entrance fee).
