One week in, rooms are slowly coming together. The pod is nearly empty - just the tools and big pieces that we needed to hold off on until our new pieces come in. Thanks to my amazing work family, we have a gorgeous sectional coming today or tomorrow and Uncle Tommy helped us in getting a really nice dining set that will also make its appearance soon! Cat room/Office is just waiting for the perfect bookshelf to complete the room
I’ve been busy destroying my once cute nails in building and cleaning all the things!
Bob has been busy organizing the chaos that is the hoard of two little packrats…
Mount Trashmore is being conquered as we speak - Max and Bob are doing marathon dump runs… and we think today may be the day to conquer the lawn - ok well I think so anyway!
This weekend we set off to bring Max to see his avó e avô 😂🤞🏼 let’s hope we get invited back again! Wish us luck!

Got a beautiful flower from two sweet entrepreneurs selling lemonade across the street! Then off to the Bee Fest where we had a great time mingling with some locals at the community center and some local merchants. Also got ourselves a new Boston Fern to remind us of home 🩵

Nothing feels like family, this weekend we said goodbye to some of ours 🩵
We had one last Liberal Club meal with Claire and Hank! We had an excellent dinner at Douro with the Corys Friday night. And the Richards hosted us in their home last night for a meal with cozins! So good to spend time with the folks that love you most!
We are truly blessed to have so many kind and supportive individuals around us as we prepare to leave New England.
Remember it not goodbye, it’s just see ya soon!
