🔔Important update! 🕰️ Our office hours have changed! The park's headquarters is open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and the park is still open from 6 am to 10 pm. If you're an early bird 🐓 or a night owl 🦉, don't worry – you can use the self-pay station next to HQ to pay for your permits when the office is closed.

What a wonderful morning for a bird and nature walk! We had the chance to spot numerous animals and even caught a glimpse of fish near the shore 🐟. Join us again at the end of April for another walk and an even better view of our incredible wildlife.

Tomorrow is the last day of 2025, and we can't wait to start the new year 🎊 We have two First Day Hikes on January 1st, and bird walks on Saturday and Monday throughout the month. Come on over to Falcon State Park and enjoy the new year with us!

🎄Holiday Office Hours 🎄 To give our team time with their loved ones this holiday, our offices will have reduced hours: 8:15 am to 2 pm on Christmas Eve, and will be closed Christmas Day. The park will be open from 6 am to 10 pm, but you will still need a day pass or a camping reservation. You can make a reservation online, over the phone, or pay at our self-pay station outside the headquarters. The Falcon State Park team wishes you a wonderful and safe holiday season filled with joy! 🌟

We are looking ahead to our First Day Hikes🥳 Start 2026 on the right foot by joining us for a hike on New Year’s Day. We will have two hikes: a nature hike at 9:00 am and a Junior Ranger hike at 1:30 pm. For more info, check out: tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/falcon/park_events 🥾

🎄Last night’s Posada in the Park was a fun and wonderful time. So fun and wonderful, we forgot to take photos of everything. If you have any pictures from last night, tag and share them with us.
