70% of most failures or mistakes in business are as a result of poor communication, inactive listening, lack of knowledge from either party communicating.
Timing is one of the biggest negotiating pieces in our industry. How fast or slow you can get cargo or freight delivered to the receiver is crucial, when there is a delay how do you handle the pressure, cuz there are always delays.
