Good Morning. My latest news is Fairbanks Avionics,LLC now has hangar space for those winter projects. So please do not hesitate to contact us about getting your airplane ready for the summer flying season. While you may think it is a bit early to schedule your maintenance or new equipment installation, now is the time! As you know, the 2020 ADS-B out is coming up and while it is not mandated in our local area, it is a great safety item. We have installed the uAvionics tail beacon and it seems like a great solution.
Call us at 907-460-7899 if you have any questions.

Today was a good day. Got some airplane things done and moved one of the projects forward. A little each day and before you know it:DONE

Well, the big day has come. We have the truck loaded and will be departing Fairbanks, Alaska shortly. We will be driving to Anchorage and this Saturday and Sunday we will have a booth (117) at the great Alaska gathering. This is an aviation trade show with 250 vendors and 25,000 attendees. Some have told me at times it is wall to wall, can barely move people. This show, this year conflicts with the national show in the lower 48 and a couple of venders, given the choice will do this show instead of the national. I am so excited and can hardly wait.
I will let you know how it went next week. My goal is to get 10-12 customers to book my summer. With those 12 and folks just coming in naturally, I will have a busy summer. Maybe I can pay for the new truck motor. That is right, I had to replace the motor in my 2002 F150 recently.

Summer is quickly approaching and I am looking forward to a busy summer. One of my customers has already scheduled time in June for me to work on his airplane. As you may already know, we will be in booth 117 at the Anchorage Gathering. This is a two day event Apr30/May1 for all aviation nuts. Val Avionics will be joining us to promote their line of products. We hope to combine this with a side trip to Sutton to work on some airplanes for Dwayne King.
The business is growing as I am bringing on more suppliers and expanding the scope of the business. With ADS-B looming on the horizon, I am researching and learning of solutions that will meet the requirement and be economical for the consumer. i believe Fairbanks Avionics,LLC is positioned to fill a gap in installing ADS-B solutions. To that end, we have recently become a dealer for Free Flight Systems.

Well, everyone has said I need a web site. So, now I have one: check out www.fairbanksavionics.com . Please be nice, remember it is a work in progress(as are we all). There is a contact page on there, if you would be so kind as to fill that out, I would know it is working and get an idea of who is going to it.
Thanks again, Happy Thanksgiving and remember God loves you, He sent His only begotten Son to die a horrible death on the cross to pay for your and my sins And (the greatest part) He rose again and now sits on the right hand of God the Father.
