Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarder to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new drivers, managing dispatch agreements, and ensuring all necessary compliance requirements are met before drivers are activated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new drivers.
• Collect, verify, and organize required documentation and credentials.
• Prepare and manage dispatch agreements and ensure drivers fully understand terms and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.
• Support drivers with account setup and orientation on company platforms.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatching and compliance teams to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in driver onboarding, dispatching, or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of truck dispatch operations and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and document management systems.
Compensation:
