What a day for the Hoosiers!

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us on the course, came out for dinner, and supported the IU Athletics Golf Outing and dinner last Monday, August 24th, at EVANSVILLE COUNTRY CLUB!

Together, we raised more than $100,000 benefiting Indiana University Athletics and the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville!

And one of our favorite moments of the day was celebrating someone who makes so much of what we do possible—Doug, one of our Rexing drivers!

Doug has had the incredible honor of transporting all of IU’s Football Equipment, and we were thrilled to recognize him for the dedication and care he puts into every trip.

Doug, thank you for all that you do for IU and for Rexing Companies. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment do not go unnoticed. We truly couldn’t do this without you, and we are incredibly proud to have you representing Rexing and IU on the road.**Check out the last video for an awesome glimpse of a small token of appreciation Doug received last week as well **

From the golf course to cocktail hour, photos with Hoosier the Bison and the 2026 Football Championship Trophies, and an incredible evening celebrating IU Athletics, this was a day we won’t soon forget.

While hitting his mileage benchmark is important to him, Andre also understands that trucking requires flexibility. He’s always willing to take on runs that may not be the most convenient, knowing that sometimes the job simply needs to get done.

Some things are too important to forget.

For years, this feed buggy weighed every batch of feed that went through our farm. Built from cast iron and operated with a balance beam, it required no electricity—just precision, hard work, and the people behind it.

Today, it has earned a well-deserved retirement.

Standing behind it are our Kelly Duplex feed bins from Springfield, Ohio. They've been part of our operation for generations and are still hard at work today. Since Rexing entered the egg business in 1952, we've remained committed to producing quality eggs while honoring the values that built our company.

As a fifth-generation family-owned business, we're proud of where we've come from and even more excited about where we're headed. Our history is built on hard work, innovation, and a commitment to quality that continues every day.

Congratulations to Alexis & Melissa, our Employees of the Month!

Alexis and Melissa recently went above and beyond by staying more than an hour past their scheduled shifts to help with additional sanitizing and cleanup needs. Despite the unexpected extra work, they handled the situation with incredible attitudes and continued to find joy in what they do every day.
