This month is especially important to me because I live with chronic migraines myself.

If you’ve never experienced one, it’s easy to think a migraine is “just a headache.” But for those of us who live with them, we know they can affect every part of life—work, family time, plans with friends, self-care appointments, and even simple day-to-day tasks.

Because of my own experience, I understand that some days bright lights feel overwhelming, certain scents can be triggering, and even holding a conversation can feel exhausting.

That’s why your comfort is always a priority at Lilace Beauty. If you have migraines, chronic headaches, sensory sensitivities, or anything else that affects your experience, please let me know. Whether that means dimmer lighting, a quieter appointment, extra breaks, or other accommodations, I’m happy to do what I can to help you feel comfortable.

You deserve a space where you’re understood, not judged for needing adjustments.
