What if your next internship helped you grow and make your city more connected?

Cascadia Mobility is looking for a self-motivated college student who’s ready to learn, collaborate, and help more people bike!

You’ll gain experience in:
📱 Content creation
📆 Program planning & coordination
📣 Social media + public outreach
💙 Supporting active transportation in Eugene & Springfield

This is a paid, 20-hour/week internship where your work makes a real difference — and looks great on a resume too.

It’s a 4 day program that gives them the tools to explore their community confidently and safely by bike and bus. It’s the perfect way to build independence and master essential bike safety along the way.

Every day, our team hits the streets—by van or electric trike—to keep our bike share system running smoothly. They restock busy hubs, clear racks that are overflowed, and ensure that each bike is in working order.

When bikes are in need of repair they are brought to the shop team, ensuring you always have reliable transportation in Eugene and Springfield.

Our team? Oh, they’re seriously cool. 😎 Meet Mikah and Bas, the stars of our shop team!

These bike pros work hard to keep all 400+ bikes in top-notch condition, giving you the smoothest rides possible. Every bike gets a full inspection every three months—plus, they’re quick to handle any “broken” reports that come in.

Fun fact: flat tires are our most common fix, but thanks to Mikah and Bas, they’re back in action ASAP. 🚴💨
