We’ve grown to over 800+ Owner Operators with 500+ trailers. Freight rates have continued to climb over the past several months, and on Blair's percentage pay model, contractors benefit from those increases immediately.

Unlike mileage pay programs where contractors may have to wait for rate adjustments, percentage pay allows you to share directly in the value of the freight you're hauling. Rates are up and so is your earning potential when you drive for Blair.

Last weekend, Anthony C., William B., and Shannon R. represented our team at the 2026 Alabama Truck Driving Championships hosted by the ATA. 🏆

Competing alongside some of the most skilled professional contractors and drivers in the state, Anthony, William, and Shannon put their knowledge, precision, and commitment to safety on display throughout the competition. They were challenged in three key areas: a written exam covering safety regulations and industry knowledge, a pre-trip inspection designed to identify equipment defects, and a driving course that tested their ability to safely maneuver through a variety of obstacles.

With 32 years in the trucking industry and nearly 20 years as part of the PS Logistics family, Karl has built a career defined by dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to safety. Running out of Blair's Hope Terminal under Driver Manager Ty M., he continues to set an outstanding example both on and off the road.

This achievement represents countless hours behind the wheel, careful decision-making, and an unwavering focus on doing the job the right way. Karl's success is also supported by the strong encouragement of his family, including his fiancée, Shequita, and his children, one of whom followed in his footsteps and became a professional driver herself.
