When customers ask if we can crate chandeliers? Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, Colorado. This was back in September, 2001, 24 years ago. Very fun project, involving cranes to get the crates off the balcony, installing floor protection and lots of TLC prepping the light fixtures.

Always nice to get customer good customer feedback:

"We had two crews as the original crew arrived only for the parts boxes for the 3rd party items to be missing. They were amazing and very supportive. Mike was great to communicate with and scheduled us immediately upon receiving our lost 3rd party parts boxes. The two ladies who arrive to assemble our 3rd party items were fantastic! Very communicative, very knowledgeable with the assembly of our 3rd party items and truly just nice to be around.
Overall comment: Very professional crews at destination location. Mike the coordinator at the destination location was amazing to work with."

Back in the late 80s we had a job in Powell Wyoming, 280 miles north of Denver. Ran into some howling winds at the top of Powder River Pass, probably 60 miles per hour. Exciting drive.
