In Loving Memory of Spud Renzelman, 1/27/37 - 3/08/26

It is with very heavy hearts and the utmost sadness that we announce the passing of owner and CEO of Midstates Inc (and my Dad 🥹), Spud Renzelman. He will be greatly missed! Spud passed away peacefully at home after a long, brave battle with lung cancer. He was 89 years old. Spud founded Midstates Inc in 1967 as a wholesale automotive chemical warehouse being the first distributor in the
Rocky Mountain region of Armor All products. With Spuds leadership and keen business mind, Midstates Inc continued to evolve from chemicals, to diesel performance, and to where we are today providing automotive accessories. Spud was “semi” retired and left the running of Midstates Inc to family. We honor Spud’s legacy by continuing on “small business strong”!

A couple of friends and no more than 2 hours, you can turn your truck bed from a blackhole to an organizational masterpiece.

Last week one of our customers sent their retail customer over to our warehouse to pick up a Decked unit they sold them. The retail customer and her husband decided to install the unit into their new Toyota Tundra in our parking lot. They were completely finished with the install in under 1.5 hours! (Not the one shown in this video.)
