After seven years of planning, design, construction and lots of teamwork between the engineers and contractors and major funding from NCDOT and the FAA we finally set the new 20,000 gallon Jet A fuel tank in place at RWI which will replace the aging underground fuel farm system originally located where the new T-Hangars will be built next! The white building to the left was our original Localizer radio shelter and will now be repurposed as our fuel testing lab.
