With more than 20 years experience, we have documented many different kinds of vessels including sailboats, multi-hulls, mega-yachts, fishing vessels, tug boats and barges. We smoothly navigate the very stringent requirements and complex issues of the titling process so you don’t have to. Most of our clients come as referrals from financial institutions, however, we are not affiliated, owned or em

ployed by any boat dealer, broker, lender, insurance company or surveyor. Your confidentiality and privacy are always assured and of utmost importance. Good morning everyone! My name is Caitlyn, some of you may recognize my name from working together at Bayside. I’m excited to share that I’ve officially taken over Bayside Documentation.

This business exists because of Sue’s vision, dedication, and years of hard work, and I want to sincerely recognize everything she built and the strong foundation she created. I’m incredibly grateful for her trust and guidance.

I want to recognize our incredible team. We may be small, but we are mighty. Especially with one team member, Amanda, who has been part of Bayside Documentation for 12 years. This teams commitment, knowledge, and care are a huge part of what makes this business what it is.

Family has always been at the heart of this business and that carries through in how we work; with each other and with our clients. Keeping a small-business mindset matters to us. Building real relationships, showing up with integrity, and treating our clients like people, not numbers.
