It all started in 1966, when Kenny Kopf secured a job as a cross country truck driver. After fourteen years of hard work, a love for the industry and the hope of a better life for his family, he set out to change his destiny. For many years, Kenny worked without rest to build a strong foundation on which we still stand today.

In honor of Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we want to introduce you to MARION MILLER…a successful Owner Operator who has been passionately and energetically driving for Kopf for almost 20 years!

Marion is focused, trustworthy, a true problem solver, and committed to serving his customers with excellence. He excels at staying positive when faced with challenges on the road.

Kopf leadership and fellow team members describe him as entrepreneurial, grateful, respectful, loyal, dedicated and extremely hard working.

In his spare time, Marion enjoys working on the family farm, camping with family and a meal at home or out with the people he loves.

Today marks the start of Truck Driver Appreciation Week! On this 38th annual celebration organized by the , we pause to say "Thank you, Truck Drivers for the miles you drive, and for the sacrifices you make"!

Here are a few ways you can express your gratitude for the 3.5 million Truck Drivers in our country (including our fabulous Kopf Drivers):

1️⃣ Say thanks in person! Look for opportunities to give a simple smile, wave, or "thank you" when you see a Truck Driver this week on the road, at a truck stop, anywhere!
2️⃣ Share stories on social media! If you know a Trucker, you probably know a story or two of their time on the road. Post a photo on social media with the hashtag or
3️⃣ Random acts of kindness. Stop by a local truck stop and purchase a Truck Driver's meal for one of our many heroes!

Nine Eleven.

In an instant, hearing those numbers takes us back for a moment to 2001.

25 years ago a husband told his wife I love you one last time before his plane went down in a field.
25 years ago a mother stopped in a stairwell to call her daughter to let her know she would love her forever.
25 years ago fire fighters, police officers, first responders, and other brave heroes sacrificed their lives so others could live.

And today, 25 years later, we still remember.
We will always remember. ❤️
