We’re incredibly proud to celebrate John Correa on his recent promotion to Asst. Operations Manager – Fleet Operations! 👏🏼🚚

John has been a huge part of the Coastal Concord Logistics family for nearly 5 years, and his journey is one we’re proud to celebrate. He started with us as a driver and continued working his way up through the ranks, taking on more responsibility and becoming an invaluable part of our leadership team.

But what makes John truly special isn’t just his experience—it’s the person he is. His warm, helpful personality, willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, and genuine care for the people around him have made him someone our entire team knows and loves.

From driver to Dispatcher and now Fleet Operations Manager, John continues to show what dedication, hard work, and growth can look like. 💪🏼🔥

Trenton’s journey with CCL is a great example of consistency, growth, and being willing to learn. Please enjoy what he has to say!

“A bit about myself, I started with CCL back in December 2020 as a driver. Wasn’t exactly the fastest driver, but learned a lot on how to improve from my teammates and leads. Eventually went from getting rescued a lot to being asked to rescue frequently. I stayed consistent and learned as much as I could and passed it down to newer drivers to help them improve and eventually ranked up to being a Lead Dispatcher now.

I have to say this is the best job I’ve ever had after working in food service, student assistant, retail, and warehouse work. I’m hoping one day to be a manager and perhaps own my own DSP. I think I found my niche in this line of work and I would like to see it through.

As far as interests, I am a big nerd! I am into so many different fandoms and I even attended comic and anime conventions and cosplayed for about 10 years. Right now my interest has shifted more into my love of pro wrestling. I find myself consuming as much content from it as much as I can. I can’t get enough!”

We’re excited to see where this next chapter takes you, Trenton. Your growth and dedication are something to be proud of, and we’re lucky to have you on the team!

🚚🎉 Prime Challenge is Here at Coastal Concord Logistics!

At Coastal Concord Logistics, we believe hard work deserves recognition.

As we head into Amazon Prime season, we’re excited to launch our Prime Challenge, a three-week employee rewards program focused on the values that drive our success: Safety, Quality, and Teamwork.

Throughout the challenge, our delivery associates will have opportunities to earn raffle entries by:

🏆 Demonstrating outstanding safety performance
⭐ Delivering exceptional customer service and quality results
🤝 Going above and beyond to help teammates through rescue support

The more our drivers excel, the more chances they have to win— a total of 17 team members will take home prizes!

We’re proud to invest in programs that recognize the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of our team. Prime season is one of the busiest times of the year, and our drivers continue to show up every day committed to serving our customers safely and efficiently.
