We are looking for a proactive, organized HR professional who understands the people and pace of trucking.

🕗 5 days a week · 2 days off · 8 AM–5 PM

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• HR and recruiting experience
• Understanding of trucking operations and CDL driver hiring
• Familiarity with employment laws and DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and recruiting platforms
• Ability to track hiring results, prepare reports, and analyze recruiting performance
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality

You’ll help recruit and onboard new employees, maintain records, and support our team.
