🚛 This week is National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, September 13 through 19, and we didn't want to just say thank you and move on.

We wanted to say why.

Every terminal we run, in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Memphis, and Savannah, exists because a driver got behind the wheel today. Left home before sunrise, sat in traffic that wasn't their fault, and delivered anyway.

📊 $906 billion moved through this industry in 2024. 73.5% of everything this country buys and sells, by value, gets there on a truck (U.S. Census Bureau, Commodity Flow Survey, 2022). 8.4 million jobs exist because that freight has to move (American Trucking Associations, 2024). Every one of those numbers has a driver's name attached, even if the report never says so.

We know the job asks a lot. The early mornings, the weather, the waiting at the dock that nobody accounts for. We see it, and we don't take it for granted.

So to every driver who has ever pulled out of one of our yards, or any yard: thank you for showing up. 🧡
