A huge day yesterday at ACY as we celebrated Allegiant’s very first flight to Myrtle Beach! ✈️🌊 The departing aircraft was honored with a traditional water cannon salute - a ceremonial aviation tradition symbolizing respect, appreciation, and a special sendoff for milestone flights.

What made the celebration even more exciting? The inaugural flight was completely SOLD OUT! 🎉 The overwhelming support and excitement from travelers proves just how anticipated this destination has been. Myrtle Beach, here we come! 🌴

Great news for travelers! In-person ticket sales hours at ACY for Breeze Airways and Allegiant are now officially live. ✈️

Breeze Airways: Tuesdays from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Allegiant Airlines: Wednesdays from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Before visiting the counter for Breeze Airways tickets, please make sure your Breeze Rewards account is set up in advance. Please also note that purchases are limited to one reservation per transaction.

In case you missed it 👀 Breeze Airways is expanding its ACY service in 2026 with four new nonstop routes.

Service to Orlando (MCO) begins July 3, Myrtle Beach (MYR) and Fort Myers (RSW) launch Oct. 22, and West Palm Beach (PBI) starts Dec. 17. This builds on recently launched and upcoming ACY service, including Charleston (started May 6), Raleigh-Durham (starting June 11), and Tampa (starting July 1). More nonstop options are coming to Atlantic City very soon ✈️

We’re proud to celebrate another exciting milestone at Atlantic City International Airport with the successful launch of Breeze Airways inaugural nonstop service to Charleston, South Carolina.

This new route expands convenient travel options for South Jersey residents and visitors while strengthening connectivity between our regions. Passengers, partners, and community leaders gathered to celebrate the occasion and mark ACY’s first-ever nonstop route to Charleston.

We were honored to hear remarks from SJTA Board of Commissioners Vice Chair Barbara Holcomb; SJTA Executive Director Stephen F. Dougherty; President & CEO of Visit Atlantic City Gary Musich; and VP of Marketing and Communications at Breeze Airways Angela Vargo.
