Truck Um Posters™ were produced by Power Graphics of Denville, and Hanover, NJ from 1976-1982. Founded by an over the road husband & wife team, truckers Gary & Judy Pesnell, who were ready to settle down and start a family. They began with a photoshoot of "Mean Machine", utilizing professional photographer Tom Flynn, who studied under Ansel Adams, and shot more than half of the titles. Photoshoots
on the West Coast utilized the lens work of Ken Giese, When Tom Flynn retired to Florida, Gary Pesnell himself, got behind the camera for the last Five titles. By this time, the CB craze had passed, and big truck popularity had dwindled, so they focused on the cars, trains, and aviation posters. In August 2012, truck artist Gary Blizzard located the Pesnells, and entered into a licensing agreement to reprint the truck titles in October 2013. This page will engage in the history of the product line, and seek information on the poster feature trucks, while sharing current events and developments.
