It is with a mix of pride and gratitude that I write this to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of Tanner Rice, who has been a valued member of our firm since February 2020.

In our first meeting, he clearly expressed his desire to have his own legal practice. I promised to help him achieve that goal. Over the past four-plus years, Tanner has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his clients and his work. His journey with us has been marked by significant personal and professional growth.

As Tanner now embarks on his next big adventure, we celebrate his achievement of
securing a lease for his own office building – a testament to his hard work and
determination. While his last day with our firm will be July 31st, 2024, I am excited to
see him take this significant step towards realizing his dream of owning his practice.

Working with Tanner has been an absolute pleasure, and I feel extremely fortunate to have had him as part of our team. Though he will be missed, I look forward to continuing our collaboration on future projects and watching his practice thrive.

Tanner, thank you for your exceptional service, your unwavering commitment, and the positive example you set every day. Your future is bright, and I am excited to see all the great things you will achieve. Congratulations and best wishes for your new endeavor!
